In 1995 Club Ozmates was formed to take people with an intellectual disability on holidays, but now we cater for anyone who requires some level of assistance while on holidays.
Ozmates has been taking people with many different styles of disabilities and medical conditions on some of the most fascinating and exciting holidays and very often the passenger’s remark on the thrill in achieving their personal goals. Club Ozmates is the Market leader in Supported holidays and is best known for its ability to provide qualified and caring personnel, organising and assisting all aspects of your holiday.
The company provides a complete travel service and offer its passengers. Group and individual holidays with staffing ratios from 1:1 to 1:6 depending on level of support requested.
Destinations include Australia wide and international destinations with the appropriate facilities to cater for the group or individual traveller.
In addition, the company's support Crew (Staff) are the best in the business and Peter the Company Director is passionate about the standard of service provided. When the Passenger is away enjoying their holiday support staff are trained to assist in the administration of medication and budgeting, all monies as required and ensuring personal care is monitored either with or without assistance.
